The World of Art Laboratory is a simulation of continuation of Course for Curators. It dwells in the Project room and on the Internet, where ideas are distilled, debates on curatorial practices are sparkling, and the hitherto achievements of the World of Art are analysed, contextualised and evaluated.
The Laboratory team comprises seven curators, critics, theoreticians and artists who took part in previous courses and seminars and were chosen through the internal call for participation.
From November 2006, they are preparing a series of public events, debates and actions in the Project room. In June 2007, they will prepare a contemporary art exhibition in Škuc Gallery in Ljubljana, which will be hosted in the fall by the City Gallery of Labin in Croatia.
